Enterprise People are currently seeking a Technical Support Analyst for a 9 Month Fixed Term Contract based in Drogheda. Reporting to the IT Manager, the Technical Support Analyst will join the IT Support team who are responsible for our client’s IT Infrastructure. The Technical Support Analyst will have:
At least 5 Years experience in a Technical Support role
W2003/W2008 Server, Active Directory, SQL and/or Exchange 2010 experience
Strong Hardware, Networking and Anti-virus Software experience
Any Cisco or VMware experience would be an advantage
Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
