Technical Support Agent – Italian speaking

Technical Support Agent, Permanent - Belfast £ 15,390 per annum

Our client based in Belfast are currently recruiting for Technical support Advisors on a permanent full time basis. Fluency in written and spoken Spanish with English is essential
Over 10 years old, our client is an independent private company based in Northern Ireland and is one of Europe’s largest leading independent providers of outsourced multi lingual, multi channel customer contact solutions. 

Job Role:
* To work in a team environment to support the client’s service issues business to business
* To deliver high quality support by dealing with daily service issues and carry the issues through to closure
* Providing prompt and accurate updates to service issues, while representing the client in a positive and professional manner
* To use own iniative and act as the point of contact for all technical issues related
* To communicate with customers and clients on the telephone and written correspondence regarding any technical issues
* Provide feedback to the managers and clients on all issues
* Proactively document known issues, issue reports and customer suggestions

Key Skills:
* Fluency in written and spoken in Italian with English
* Excellent customer service experience
* Good understanding of internet and network terminologies
* Experience on various windows operating systems
* Usage of concepts around various Microsoft programming languages
* Experience of working in a team environment
