As the Technical Support you will be responsible for:
* Diagnoses of issue type, providing 1stor 2ndline technical support
* Running basic SQL queries to investigate or resolve issues as required
* Accurate time logging within projects
* Making sure all query’s get solved and back to the client in the time frame quoted
To be successful in the role of Technical Support role you must:
* Have excellent technical and analytical skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Good problem-solving skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* The ability to work well under pressure
* The ability to work on multiple issues concurrently
