We are looking to hire an exceptional Lead Microsoft Solutions Architect to provide leadership to help shape our future direction in our Microsoft practice.

The key elements to the role include

As the Solutions Architect, you will provide the technical leadership for our Microsoft centered applications. Your strong analysis, design, development, integration, and implementation skills using SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, WSS, C# and/or .NET Framework will be used as you lead envisioning, architecture and design discussions.

We'll look to you to contribute to the development of strategies, policies, and best practices; keep abreast of new and emerging technologies etc.

You will design, develop, and articulate solutions based on a customer's strategic business or technical requirements. You need to have a deep understanding of technology in the context of how it helps deliver business benefit for our clients, and be able to articulate this in person and in written documents.

You will work closely with Project Managers and Program Managers in the design, development, and implementation of the technical content defined in the Statement of Work. You will have a key role in the mentoring and support of our Microsoft applications practice.

Other duties include interaction with customers during the project lifecycle, as well as involvement in tender preparation and presentations and mentoring of team members

Essential Skills:

◦8-10+ years of intensive experience in the analysis, design, implementation, and support of large complex applications
◦Strong background working with SharePoint, SharePoint Web Part Development and .NET development
◦Strong knowledge of technologies such as XML/XSL/XSD, web services, BizTalk and InfoPath, Silverlight. Experience with Dynamics CRM would be a distinct advantage
