Our Services have grown to six specific pillars of expertise and as such, AspiraCon requires a technical sales consultant to develop our client base in our existing offerings, as well as our MS Cloud Solutions support services.
Responsibilities:
- Develop the strategic direction for new sales acquisition
- Translate that strategy into pragmatic execution and new client acquisition
- Work across groups to collaborate in the development of programs and initiatives that maximize the sales volume of the six pillars of service that AspiraCon offer
- Interpret and address challenges and sales blockers presented and engage key stakeholders to resolve as necessary
- The ability to speak in front of large internal and external audiences
- Engage senior executives to learn and coach on how to optimize their business
- Collaborate with peers to develop/influence new programs and initiatives while serving as the voice of what our field and channel needs to achieve maximum performance
- Organising and attending initial sales meetings with other managers
- Determining a client's business requirements and whether the services being considered are suitable
- Answering any technical questions the client might have
- Presenting your findings to a technical team to act on, and then to the client
Desired Qualifications & Skills
- IT and technical experience and Degree
- Knowledge of working on projects
- Strong communicator and key influencer, capable of motivating senior level internal stakeholders and C-level executives
- Pricing, quotes, understanding rebate schemes, volume discounts and negotiating
- Business Analysis skills, consultative nature, a focus on business benefits.
- Microsoft Office Suite competent & Cloud/Office 365 promoter
- Business process improvement skills
- Understand the relevance of reporting, analytics, ideally have a BI background
- Flexible & resourceful, good initiative
- Sales & marketing knowledge
Desirable exposure to the following systems:
MS Exchange, Windows Server, Office 365, Azure, SQL Server, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint, Windows 8, 8.1, 10. Intune, Infrastructure and application support.
