Team Manager
Our client, an established online examinations and testing company, having recently set up a global centre in Co. Louth, are currently recruiting a Team Manager.
This role involves leading a team of skilled professionals, co-ordinating projects and consulting with clients in the design and development of online tests, in a wide range of sectors and industries.
The successful candidate will manage a team of creative professionals in the provision and co-ordination of online exam and test creation, and various other client-facing activities, including meetings with clients. This role requires excellent people management skills and frequent client interaction.
Requirements:
• Extensive experience managing a successful team of professionals in a complex and innovative environment
• Consultation with clients to develop creative solutions to problems or issues
• Strong business knowledge and revenue awareness
• Track record of innovation, creativity and flexible problem solving
