Systems Support Engineer, long term contract – Dublin / London

An opportunity to join an international technology company with interests in Aerospace / Energy and Construction sectors.
Our client is looking to hire an additional Systems Support Engineer for their application support team in-house and on-site with their client. The role is to support a SCADA system and back-end database and technologies.
It is essential to have experience in some of the following;
- Understanding of / experience with SCADA systems
– SQL
– System Maintenance
– Industrial/Pharma/Manufacturing industry would be a plus
– PLC’s trouble shooting or programming
– Good communication skills
– Experience working with clients
– Ticketing system (for example Maximo)
The position will require 3-4 months working in London before relocating back to Dublin.
Travel, accommodation and a generous per diem will be provided in addition to salary while in the UK.
