Role Summary
You will be concentrating on business developing in UK Central and South Regions. The Systems Sales Manager will drive the Vertical Data Centres growth initiative within the Power Quality business in the UK and in Western Europe. The purpose of this position is to expand the market position of the client Business in the sector of large Data Centres in the UK and in Western Europe. You will be responsible for developing a Power Quality profitable business with the growing large Data Centres market segment.

Main Responsibilities:
* Develop the Data-Centres segment knowledge of decision makers and industry actors, develop understanding of market size and the channel structure – decision process.
* Develop and manage new Key Accounts as well as building a network of influence in the key stakeholders of this market segment.
* Develop and successfully execute sales strategies to exceed the sales and profitability targets on this segment.
* Work closely with relevant functional leaders (Commercial Operations, Services & Project Operations), redefine and implement effective sales and back office support processes.
* Create, manage and track specific business plans/actions through regular meetings and reviews.
* Use of internal tools to deliver highly accurate forecasts that identify revenue and timing of all projects, resulting in a qualified pipeline of prospects and detailed input to production planning: sizes, volumes estimation.
* Provide feedback regarding market trends, pricing and competition to commercial operations and P&L – including win/loss analysis.
* Identify New Product Introduction (NPI) and business development needs to penetrate new markets.
* Maintain strong cross business selling initiatives, leveraging sales forums and local teams.

Qualifications/Requirements:
* B/S Degree in Electrical or Electronics/computer industry sector or proven years technical/ engineering/marketing degree.
* Minimum of 5 years proven track record in technical sales environment and creating new business.
* Experience of selling high value solutions and achievement of targets within the IT / Telecom infrastructure and electrical market environment.
* Evidence of successful sales experience or significant customer interaction on industry related product solutions.
* Customer orientated/ growth mind-set – must be able to demonstrate credibility at different levels in an organisation, both externally and internally.
* Ability to develop key customer relationships and to promote win-win sales strategies.
* Fluent in English.
