Position: Systems Analyst
Location: Dublin
Description:
Experienced Systems Analyst required for new Managed Services centre based in Dublin.
This position will involve providing level 2/level 3 support to clients throughout the EMEA region. This is very much a client facing position and candidates must possess excellent customer service skills as well as strong technical abilities.
Additional Responsibilities:
Responsible for providing remote support to multiple clients
Accountable for overall management of client accounts from a technical perspective
Assisting with problem support and resolution.
Application and database performance tuning
Administering upgrades and patches
Working with vendors to deliver a tightly integrated seams service to customers.
Business continuity and disaster recovery assistance
Requirements:
4 years+ technical support experience
Strong customer service, communication and interpersonal skills
Must possess strong technical expertise – development, infrastructure, services, databases etc.
Proven experience working within mission critical operations and support environments.
B.Sc in Computer Science or equivalent
Experience using Bloomberg, Reuters etc.
Excellent SQL skills and knowledge of various database configurations.
Must have a background in Financial Services, ideally within securities trading.
