My client is seeking a System Administrator for a permanent role based in Cavan.

What do I need to get this job?
� Previous experience working in a System Administrator role
� Certifications in Microsoft and Cisco are desirable
� Experience working with Microsoft System Centre
� Experience with VMware ESX hosts, Virtual service Management, and VDI
� Experience in Windows Server 2008/12
� Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws.
� Certifications in Microsoft and Cisco preferred.
� Experience patching servers with SCCM or related technology.
� Working technical knowledge of network, PC, and server platform operating systems.
� Working technical knowledge of current systems software, protocols, and standards, including Cisco and Microsoft VPN solutions, ftp, http, ssl and dns.
� Strong knowledge of local area network administration.
� Hands-on software and hardware troubleshooting experience.
What will I be doing as a System Administrator in this Company?
� Providing support to all aspects of my clients infrastructure
� Overseeing and administrating all operating systems.
� Manage installation, configuration, maintenance and troubleshooting
� Supervise communications ad connection solutions, including local networks.
� Organising and implementing disaster recovery plans for operating systems, databases, networks, servers and software applications.
