STP Business Analyst (TA)

My Client are currently looking for a number of business analysts to join their TA team based in Dublin City Centre. This project is a large data migration project as part of a conversion. In this role as Configuration/STP BA you will be responsible for working with internal teams, client and previous administrator in order to Gather, analyse, communicate and validate requirements for changes in business processes, policies and information systems. Documentation of the Configuration requirements. You will also be responsible for the setup of STP counterparties and executing any testing for that set.

Job Duties

• Initial Analysis of Configuration requirements and creation of action/project plan to address
• Working with project leads to understand and document the requirement and strategy for Configuration
• SWIFT / Platforms implementation and testing, co-ordination with new counterparties   
• Execute and oversee Systems configuration (UAT, Training, Production)   
• Execute and oversee Standing data set up in all systems   
• Configuration issue resolution (support for UAT test team and model office test team)
• Configure and ensure pretesting of feeds to / from all systems in UAT and Production   
• Manage relevant vendors to ensure configuration / implementation tasks are completed  
• Support the global infrastructure team to ensure client-specific configuration requirements are progressed  
• Leading Walkthroughs of requirements with Business and Technology areas
• Reporting of progress to Project Manager
• Escalation of risks and issues to Project Manager
• Develop requirement specifications according to standard templates using natural language
• Assistance with User Acceptance Testing as required from a configuration standpoint
• Act as Subject matter expert in configuration for both balance only and history conversion to the TA system/s
• Ad-hoc Problem Solving
• Provision of the Application Support Document
• Flexibility to assist in other BA work streams within a large project – e.g. Business requirement documentation etc.
