SQL Server Support Specialist

A fast growing international multidisciplinary technology group is looking for a SQL Server Support Specialist to RELOCATE for a long term and very large scale project in the Gulf Region.
Person will be responsible for the administration and support, ensuring high performance, high availability and security of SQL Server Databases. In charge of monitoring the database infrastructure to ensure secure services with minimum downtime.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and manage the SQL Server Database
• Perform troubleshooting and problem solving for the SQL Server environment
• Detect and troubleshoot SQL Server related CPU, memory, I/O, disk space and other resource contention.
Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years SQL Server DBA experience on large scale enterprise applications.
• Experience in SQL Server Database 2008-R2 administration with 24/7 production environment
• Experience in administering SSRS and SSIS
• SQL programming T-SQL and SQL tuning experience
• Good knowledge in Windows 2008 R2 clusters and in SAN-EMC storage
• Fluent in English
