SQL Server Business Intelligence Consultant – SSAS – Contract
A leading company in Ireland urgently requires a SQL Server Business Intelligence Consultant to start ASAP on either a Contract or Permanent basis. Due to their on-going expansion they have an exciting new role for a SSAS Consultant to join their growing team in Cork.
The team is responsible for complete lifecycle IT solutions, helping their customers to achieve their business objectives by identifying requirements, designing and developing solutions and providing on-going support strategic advice.
Duties:
Develop high quality code and documentation in line with Company standards
Perform cube development to design specifications
Ensure performance and scale are inherent in any design/development patterns
Document and execute unit and system tests
Troubleshooting issues and defect fixing
Essential:
Microsoft SQL Server 2008
SQL Server Analysis Services 2008
MDX
Visual Studio
Desirable:
Data Warehousing experience
Cube performance tuning
ETL Development on SQL Server platform
