We are seeking an experienced SQL 2008 Database Architect to take full responsibility for the management of a MS SQL Server Environment. This is a pivotal and senior level role within the organisation. This role will involve taking ownership of a complex database environment and developing & maintaining an optimized setup.

[b]The key skills & requirements include[/b]
4-5 years experience within a DBA role
In-depth knowledge of MS SQL
Strong storage and SAN experience
Experience with best practice frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
MCDBA preferably but not essential
MCSE preferable
The role offers a competitive package based on level of experience and will be within the range of 50-55K, a performance related bonus will also be provided.
