Our client based in Dublin city centre has an opportunity for a Spanish Speaking Project Manager with experience of software implementation preferably in a financial setting. The successful Project Manager will be key asset to the team, responsible for the end-to-end implementation of our J2EE software (Financial crime and compliance) solutions in high-performance batch and real-time environments.
The successful Project Manager will responsible for directing medium to large projects, or a portfolio of two to three smaller projects. Working as a liaison between the client and internal client teams the Project Manager will confirm requirements needs and ensuring that the client meets those requirements in the solutions deployed to production
Key Accountabilities/Outputs:
· Disseminates the client’s Product knowledge and the clients Project Management Methodology to clients during project initiation and definition
· Analyses client requirements during the initiation and definition phase
· Contributes to and reviews the project’s technical and functional specifications
· Identifies, tracks, manages and resolves project issues
· Proactively disseminates project information to all stakeholders
· Identifies, manages and mitigates project risk
· Proactively manages scope to ensure that only what was agreed to is delivered, unless changes are approved through change management
· Defines and collects metrics to give a sense for how the project is progressing and whether the deliverables produced are acceptable
Required:
· 4 years of IT project management experience. One year Prior technical experience in a custom and/or package software environment.
· Previous experience delivering enterprise-wide technology solutions in the Financial Services sector, ideally in Fraud/Risk & Compliance
· Knowledge of current enterprise class IT system architectures
