My client an international multi-disciplinary organisation based in Belfast are currently seeking CVs for the permanent positions of Software Testers – various levels.
1 Test Analysts
2 Test Consultants
3 Test Managers
4 Test Automation Specialists

The Role:-
* To work with the client to agree and document the functional and non-functional requirements of the solution being delivered
* To work with the client and end users to agree and document the detailed design and acceptance criteria for each functional and non-functional requirement and deliverable for the project
* To support developers by providing clarifications to requirements and design
* To collaborative closely with the client stakeholders, business analysts and developers to understand the system test requirements effectively
* To develop the test approach as appropriate for the client engagement from planning through to completion
* To develop and coordinate the execution of applicable testing
* Reporting activities related to all phases of testing

Criteria:-
* All candidates must have the right to live and work in the UK
* A passion for quality, customer advocacy, and a tenacity to test software to its limits
* A good graduate degree (1st or Upper Second) from a reputable university
* An open, collaborative communication style
* Good writing skills (for documenting the process)
* The ability to work in a team and as an individual
* Sound analytical capabilities
* Experience in creating process models
* Experience gathering and documenting requirements and building test specification from the scripts
* Experience of working directly with end users/customers throughout the systems delivery lifecycle
* The ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
