Calling all software testers! Looking for the chance to join a small, niche company and work with some of the biggest multinational business in Ireland? If so, look no further.

Our client is a supplier of project management and validation services to a range of companies across IT, telecommunications, finance and life science sectors. A superb opportunity has arisen for a Software Test Engineer to join their team on a contract basis lasting up to six months.

As a Software Test Engineer, you will get involved with a variety of tasks including developing test strategies and translating business requirements into test plans.

Additionally, you will execute test cases and sign off results, as well as manage defects, whilst working closely with the development team.

To be considered, you must have:

– Significant software testing experience
– A degree

As a Software Test Engineer, you must be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. A flexible approach is also key.

An ISEB or ISTQB certification would be of benefit. Experience of testing web and smart phone technologies would also be an advantage.
