Software Support Engineer – Level 2/3
Hudson IT & Telecoms are seeking Support Engineers for our client in Dublin.
You will ideally have 5 years support experience to date and be familiar with working in a software environment, using a variety of internet based technologies.
You should also have experience in working directly with customers to support the products supplied.
You should techncial competency in the following technologies:
*Internet Technologies – Javascript, Classic ASP, ASP.Net, C#/VB.Net ActiveX, COM, XML, XSL, HTML, DHTML, Apache Tomcat, SOAP, WEB Services, AJAX
*Microsoft based Operating Systems and Technologies, – Windows 2003/2008 Server, IIS, FTP etc.
*Strong Database skills in MS-SQL 2005/2008 and/or Oracle
*Experience with infrastructure using VMWare Workstation, Server, Citrix Terminal Services.
*Knowledge of CRM products/technologies a distinct advantage.
