In your role as a Software Project Manager, you’ll provide leadership and direction to the software development teams, using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies to ensure project deliverables are met to the required software quality standards.

You’ll identify project risks and mitigations, working with Software Engineers to provide process improvement and ensure alignment across all work streams. You’ll interact with multiple diverse stakeholders, providing reports and status updates at all stages of each project.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You’ll be a seasoned Project Manager with relevant exposure to complex software projects, delivering project management via Scrum and Agile methodologies. You’ll be able to juggle priorities and manage multiple teams, using exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to achieve goals. A degree in Computer Science, Business or a related field is a minimum for this position.

Any PMP accreditation is highly desirable, as is any software project management experience within the automotive industry.
