Software Development Manager – Start-Up – Dundalk

Our client is an established global leader in its field. They have chosen to establish a new start-up Software Development Centre in Dundalk and we are now recruiting for the initial Senior team.

The initial Senior Management team will be responsible for establishing the Software Development Centre, developing processes, recruiting and managing teams, innovation and idea generation. Aswell as the Software Development Manager, the Management team will include a Quality Test Manager, Planning and Project Manager and a Web Publishing Manager.

The Software Development Manager needs to have a strong technical background aswell as experience in recruiting and leading development teams.
This role will include project management therefore exposure to software development project management and working within Microsoft application platforms, web technologies is essential.

The Software Development Manager will be responsible for leading the development team in
delivering the architectural design of solutions to our clients business opportunities. You will
work closely with the Project Manager to keep all of our clients projects on time and on budget
so will be involved in designing, developing, leading and delivering software products
and web based services that fall within the project requirements.
