Software Development Manager

Based in Galway you will join a mature R&D development team and lead the developers with an ambitious project to build a fully digital processing platform for their clients.

As the Software Development Manager, you will lead a professional agile software development group, providing technical and line management responsibility for a SCRUM development team.

WHAT SUCCESS WILL LOOK LIKE

Delivering all-new product features within a product portfolio, and assisting stakeholders in supporting and maintaining the live product base
Creating and executing a technical system roadmap that produces an efficient delivery of Product release cycles
Developing great relationships with Product Management teams to deploy live changes to meet client requirements
Championing a continuous improvement mindset within your development team while managing their growth and development.
WHAT WE LOVE TO SEE.

At least 7 years’ experience in a software development environment.
2+ years’ experience in a software development line management role with people management responsibilities.
2 years in an Agile Scrum development or similar distributed software development environment.
