My client is on the lookout for a strong VB Developer to join their team in Dublin. Below is an outline of the role
Software Developers – VB6, XML, ASP.Net, COM+, SQL, WebServices.
We require highly experienced application developers for work on a load-balanced, n-tier enterprise system .Applicants should have a good knowledge of n-tier systems and experience in working on multi-user systems. As part of our Development Team, Candidates will be required to apply technical know-how to complex business processes.
Experience and Skills:
·Strong focus on security and security principals with relevant experience in a financial institution. Experience with SOX compliance a preference.
·Excellent knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 Server, Windows XP, MS Office and Exchange 2003. Certification is desirable but not 100% necessary.
·Must have strong VB 6 Development experience and be comfortable developing in VB 6 !
