SOC Analyst
My client based in Dublin requires a Security Operations Centre (SOC) Analyst to join their team on a contract basis. You will be covering various shifts on a 24*7*365 operation.
* Dublin
* 6 Month Daily Rate Contract
Role
* Utilise an array of tools, systems and feeds to monitor networks and security risks
* Perform tier 1 security response for incidents or alerts
* Monitor the security infrastructure system health and coordinate with teams for troubleshooting and resolution
* Process and route requests for security assistance and perform first contact resolutions
* Adhere to runbooks and enhance documentation associated with SOC actions
Requirements
* 3+ years in a SOC/NOC role
* BSc in a related technical discipline
* Experience in investigation, intrusion detection/handling, log management systems and SIEM security
* Splunk experience desireable
* Willing to work on a 24/7 shift rota
* Security certs such as CISSP, GCIH, Security+ are desirable
