Seeking Senior Software Development Project Manager with experience of managing large teams delivering Global software projects
DUTIES:
• Responsibility for large teams of software engineers supporting multiple technologies
• Departmental Budgetary responsibility
• Manage a large portfolio of projects of varying size and value
• Contribute to formal proposals including full cost breakdown and Service level agreements
• Drive continuous improvement through productivity, risk management and alignment with company goals
• Hire, retain, motivate and develop quality talent within the organization.
SKILLS / EXP:
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience in the IT Industry
• Experience and record of delivery on similar scale
• Strong business and financial acumen is vital demonstrating the ability to manage a very large IT budget
• Experience with 3rd party outsourcing would be extremely beneficial
• Strong customer focus and consultancy skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
