RECRUITERS started in 2006 and have worked hard to build relationships we our existing PSL which includes an impressive list of multinational blue chip IT and finance companies. Now we have a strong experienced team and a great PSL client base which is growing. And that’s without vigorous business development. We recruit for companies exclusively and have some big volume contracts coming our way. Today we have more open qualified roles to work on than ever and with more coming through, we need experiemced consultants to work on them. THis will involve managing accounts, which will allow the Directors to channel their efforts on business development and training, by working on roles through consultants. That means that our consultants can avail of the Directors extensive expertise in Recruitment and enjoying the benefits of more commission.

To be considered you must have a degree and between 3 years experience in recruiting for an agency in IT Project Managemnent and Business Analysis and possess a Can Do positive attitude, a good sense of humor and superb communication skills – be able to consult, ask the right questions and get to the core issue quickly. You will be driven and hungry to succeed – with a healthy desire to make money! You may be working for an agency that is struggling to find work and be tired of constantly knocking on doors looking for roles to work, or want to work for a firm with a high degree of ethics and professionalism.
