The ideal individual for this position is an effective manager, an expert in Siebel, strong online experience and has an eyefor improving business processes. The individual needs to have demonstratedability to manage and lead others in a respected, positive and constructivemanner. To achieve excellence in this position, the individual must have a deepunderstanding of our business and the Siebel/online technology that supportsbusiness processes, the ability to critically assess technical alternatives,and a flexible/adaptive perspective on solving business issues. Essential Minimum of 5 years related experience inbusiness and systems analysis and Siebel and web application programdevelopment. Specific specialist knowledge of componentswithin Siebel CRM application.
