SharePoint Consultant- Meath/ Westmeath
Contract role-potential with potential for extension/ premanent role for the right candidate
My client has just contacted me looking for a Contract or perm SharePoint Consultant for their office based in Westmeath/ Meath .. 6 month contract , good daily rates on offer!
Role: Microsoft Technologies Developer
Description: .NET Developer with strong experience of SharePoint 2007 and SQL Server 2008 technologies.
Duration: 6 months with potential for extension or permanent role
Location: Mullingar, Ireland
Skills:
Strong SharePoint 2007 skills including it’s usage for building portals, document management, and work flow solutions
Strong SQL Server development skills ideally with 2008
Strong .NET development skills
Experience in coding, testing and implementing solutions including unit testing for all assigned deliverables
Experience in working within a small development team and team leadership skills would be a bonus
Experience with source code management technologies (e.g. Team Foundation Server)
Experience with creating technical documentation to support the development process
Experience with both traditional ‘waterfall’ and more agile development methods
Desirable to have skills with application support post go-live, including strong diagnostic skills
Desirable SSIS skills
Desirable SSRS skills
Experience
5+ years relevant IT experience
Experience delivering specific SharePoint and SQL server based solutions
Formal development certification is desirable not mandatory
Design or Architecture experience in addition to development is beneficial
