Service Delivery Manager, 6 months, Cork
Our Global IT client is looking for the Service Delivery Manager for 6 month contract in Cork.
You will manage the delivery of service on the account including managing the customer relationship, cost model, supplier management, compliance and controls, reporting and task management of resources assigned.
Skills Required:
-Demonstrated Service Delivery Management experience in a senior role.
-Excellent current knowledge of ITIL.
-People leadership skills.
-ITIL V3 Certified (minimum Foundation ideally to Expert level).
-Bachelors Degree (Business or IT discipline).
-Service Management experience – significant.
-Basic project management skills.
-English: Fluent
