Enterprise People are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager for a 6 Month Contract based in Dublin. Reporting to the IT Director, the Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for a number of highly skilled resources across our client’s group. The Service Delivery Manager will have:
12+ Years IT experience with at least 5 of those years in a Service Delivery role
Excellent Change Management, Release Management and/or Test Management experience
Good Technical background (Oracle, Java, Web and/or Billing Applications)
Proven experience managing multiple teams simultaneously
Project Management and/or ITIL Certification a plus
Excellent communication, presentation and leadership skills
