Enterprise People are currently seeking a Service Delivery Manager for a leading Cork based client. The Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for managing and mentoring a team of skilled technical resources, comprising of DBA’s, IT Administrators, developers and release managers who provide technical support and operational services (hardware and software) for all IT projects. The Service Delivery Manager will have:
A 3rd Level IT Qualification
7+ Years experience in a demanding Technical Management role
Broad IT Technical knowledge: Operating systems, LAN/WAN technologies, RDBMS’s, packaged application environments, modern development environments and Internet Technologies
Strong Enterprise Architecture experience, proven experience working on a number of Enterprise Architecture Implementations
Good Vendor Management experience
Oracle, Java and/or Salesforce experience would be an advantage
Excellent Leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
