A company seek an experienced Service Delivery Manager for a 6 month contract based in Central London.
We are looking for someone that has the following experience:
– Greenfield experience i.e. experience and focus on building service management
– ITIL V2 Manager certification
– Evidence of significant Service operations and Service
delivery experience
– Detailed understanding of Service Strategies and Design principles
– Experienced in dealing with multiple 3rd Parties
– Strong understanding of Service Management tool sets
and case management products
– Analytical with a keen attention to detail
– Strong influencing and negotiating skills at all levels both
internally and externally
– Ability to work on own and as part of a team
– Demonstrable experience in setting up and maintaining packaged Services Agreements
– Proven experience of working within a high availability mission critical environment either Financial Services, Payments or Outsourcing
– Has taken a lead role in the implementation of organisation change activities at a process or resource level
– Proven Team management experience including performance management and budgetary control
