A Morse Technical Services Senior Consultant is required for our Services Business to assist with delivering projects and providing support to Morse Services Customers.
The position will be joining an existing Service Delivery Team responsible for end to end infrastructure including hardware and software as well as support and delivery. The successful candidate will need to be strongly customer focused with experience in Storage. The successful candidate should also have strong Windows, Active Directory /Exchange skills preferably with MCSE with some exposure to Virtualisation technologies an advantage.
The Job will be a mixture of project delivery, escalations and some pre-sales assistance.
The position will be mainly based on the road and a full clean driving license is required.
The position will be reporting to the Technical Services Manager
Skills Required:
• Storage SAN / NAS
• Strong Microsoft Skills (MCSE Preferably)
• Knowledge of Virtualisation (VMware, HyperV, Xen)
• Hardware Skillsets
• Exposure to Backup Software and Hardware
• Exposure to Linux / Unix flavours an advantage
• Full Clean Driving License
