*BS/MS Degree in an IT discipline.
*5 years experience as a systems analyst.
*Knowledge of development and project life cycle methodologies.
*Knowledge of tools including MS Project, VISIO, MS Office, Power Point, Excel, Quality Center etc.
*Experience in a Financial Services setting – prior experience of trading systems would be advantageous.
*Experience working on an Agile team would be ideal.
*Analyst skills and use of appropriate tools.
*Ability to work in a global team with constituents in US and Ireland.
*Excellent communication and presentation skills.
*Highly motivated with willingness to take ownership/ responsibility for work.
*Ability to adapt to a dynamic business environment.
*Strong customer facing skills including working with remote customers.
*Proven problem solving skills.
*Excellent documentation skills.
*Flexibility to travel when required.
