Senior Recruiter Limerick

QPTech is currently expanding in our head office in Limerick and we have an opening for an experienced Senior Recruiter. We are interested in talking to individuals who have existing experience recruiting for IT professionals or those who are currently working in IT, looking to move to recruitment. We are looking for individuals who are strong communicators with a proven ability to develop business relationships.

With offices in Limerick and Dublin QPTech covers roles all over Ireland and has a global reach with a network of candidates from around the world. We specialise in four key segments in the IT industry; Software Quality Assurance, Recruitment Consulting, Integration Software Development and Professional IT Consultancy
Responsibilities:
• Manage the full recruitment life cycle
• Sourcing top quality candidates through our database/online and through social media.
• Screen, evaluate candidates and prepare professional write-ups for hiring managers
• Present candidates in a professional and compelling manner
• Manage candidate experience from the first contact right through to the offer stage, ensuring that every candidate has a positive experience
• Building and maintaining talent pools of suitably qualified candidates based on business demands
• Create or update job descriptions in collaboration with the hiring manager (As required)
• Business development – meeting and building relationships with existing and new clients
• Identifying new business opportunities
• Constantly seeking new ways of sourcing candidates
• Market research to identify the latest market trends
• Produce weekly progress reports and other metrics as required.

Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years recruitment / IT experience required
• Proven ability to effectively manage relationship with multiple Hiring Managers and integrate recruiting into their business plans
• Experience with influencing managers, interviewers and team members throughout the hiring process
• Experience of using social networking tools for recruitment e.g. LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter
• Third level qualification
• Excellent phone manner with excellent customer service skills
• Strong business sense and a confident manner
