Senior Project Implementation Engineer

Datapac are looking for an experienced IT Project Implementation Engineer to join our highly skilled Professional Services Team. As a member of our Professional Services team you’ll be working with the latest technologies while taking a lead engineering role on projects for a wide range of Datapac customers.

We are looking for an experienced and professional engineer for this role and would be interested in hearing from you if you have:
• A solid understanding of Microsoft technologies
• A proven track record in the design and deployment of Exchange and Hyper V projects
• A solid understanding of Virtualization technologies
• A solid understanding of Network and/or Storage Solutions (while not essential would be advantageous)
• Experience in project delivery in an ICT reseller environment
• A proven track record in the delivery of exceptional customer service
• Evidence of self directed learning and the ability to demonstrate a genuine interest in professional development
• Excellent problem solving ability
• Exceptional documentation and professional report writing ability
• Business written and spoken English language skill

The following technical qualifications would be of interest to us and while some are essential others will give you an additional advantage in your application:

• Microsoft (Exchange 2007/2010/2013, Hyper V) are essential for this role
• Microsoft (Office 365, Azure) are a distinct advantage
• Cisco (CCNA/CCNP)
• Citrix (CCA/CCP)
• EMC (VNXe/VNX) Storage
• HP/IBM Storage
• VMware (VCP5)
