Senior Online CRM Manager Dublin
Senior Customer Relationship Manager required for leading Irish business involved in the online sector across multiple jurisdictions. You will be responsible for developing a company wide business strategy embracing all client-facing departments. Developing an effective strategy ensuring people, processes and technology work in synergy to increase profitability and reduce operational costs
Responsibilities
* Develop CRM strategy including KPI’s
* Track and measure multichannel campaigns, analyse segments, geographical and behaviour reports. Customer retention
* Develop communications platforms, email, SMS, postal , Social media
* Co-ordinate customer communications
Requirements / Skills
* 7- 10 years experience within a CRM role, preferably at a senior management level
* Degree in business or marketing field
* Strategic thinker, pragmatic and be able to manage a team and buy in from other departments
* Strong understanding of communications technology, email, SMS, via the Web (cloud-computing and SaaS)
Salary
Negotiable 80-90K plus bonus for the right person
