Eden Recruitment is working closely with a growing Software Development Centre in the West of Ireland which is looking to engage a Senior Business Intelligence Developer with expertise in the OBIEE suite.
As part of a small but growing team you will be responsible for the Design, Development and Delivery of OBIEE reports and components within a newly built data warehouse.
[b]Core Duties:[/b]
Implement Oracle 11g database structures (and tune database performance)
Assist in the estimation, planning, and management of work (within an agile environment)
Work closely with project managers, architects, business analysts, developers, QA testers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements
[b]Experience and Qualifications:[/b]
Suitable applicants will have a relevant Computer Science or Technology related degree
Minimum of 5 years Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse Development experience
Experience and expertise in Linux x86 and software (OBIEE 11g, Oracle 11g, OBI DAC 10x)
Advanced Oracle OBIEE 11g expertise including Metadata repository (rpd) and Utilization of Answers (Analysis in 11g) , Dashboards, iBots/Delivers and BI Publisher
Knowledge of infrastructure and architecture
Experience developing interactive reports, dashboards, scorecards etc.
Experience integrating with external security models
Familiarity with Data Warehousing concepts including dimensional modelling
Customization of skins and styles
MS Office Integration, Scheduler
Performance tuning
Metadata features including double column feature, various hierarchies, lookup tables, parent-child dimensions and incremental RPD patching
