Reporting to the CIO, this Senior Network Engineer position will have responsibility for assisting with all areas within the 'Network Engineering Dept' of this expanding company.
Overview of the responsibilities of the Senior Network Engineer:
* Responsible for the deployment of a multi-vendor networking Application Delivery Controller
* Analyse LAN troubleshooting/installation policies and procedures
* Other ad hoc duties as required
Candidate Profile
Background
*IT/Computer Science Graduate
*Network Certification in CCNA / CCNP (desirable)
*Possess at least 5 years experience in an SMB or ISP network management role
Technical Knowledge
*Familiar with all aspects of LAN networking technologies
*Knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals
*Knowledge of UNIX Administraion (desirable)
