Enterprise People are currently seeking a Senior IT Support Analyst for a 6 Month Contract based in Cork. Reporting to the IT Project Manager, the Senior IT Support Analyst will provide 2nd Level Support on a number of internal projects. The Senior IT Support Analyst will have:
6+ Years Technical Support experience
Strong Desktop Support experience in a corporate environment
Strong Active Directory, Anti-Virus, Blackberry and Software Imaging experience
USB Security Management, Citrix Terminal Services and MS OCS Administration experience
Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
