Sr IT Architecture Analyst

Conducting stakeholder interviews and user testing sessions, creating workflows and schematics, as well as delivering information architecture and click-through prototypes
-Existing, in-flight and future projects will be impacted by the role
-Develop architectural approach to meet key business objectives
-Develop architectural diagrams to illustrate architectural complexities and interactions
-Work with business owners, analysts, solution engineers, development teams and infrastructure services to communicate application and data architectures
-Ensure project successfully implements the designed solution following architectural tenets
-Conduct vendor analysis and proof-of-concepts for new technologies/solutions
-Help assess the planning for retirement of products and migration plans for the functional evolution of the system infrastructure

eBiz organization is focused on the middleware layer. We are responsible for installing, configuring, performance tuning, debugging issues and provide operational support for following:

Middleware Technologies Used:

IBM's Websphere
Redhat and IBM's HTTP Servers
JBoss
Tomcat
Oracle's ALUI portal
Oracle BPM
PEGA's BPM

Platforms:

Primarily UNIX and Linux

windows (a very small footprint)

The person stepping in this role will be responsible for following:

– Provide operational support for the environments

– Collaborate with application developers andTroubleshoot issues at the middleware layer

– Identify areas of improvement and steps to achieve it.

– Take ownership of issues and drive them to resolution

– Self driven, Excellent communication skills

Qualifications:

– 3+ years of experience in one or more of middleware technologies such as IBM's Websphere, Redhat, IBM's HTTP Servers, JBoss, Tomcat, Oracle's ALUI portal, Oracle BPMb or PEGA's BPM

– Bachelor degree of equivalent experience

– 2+ years of experience in UNIX/Linux

– Ability to learn new skill and adapt
