Senior Hardware Design Engineer/ Architect

We are now recruiting for a Senior Hardware Design Engineer/Architect to join our expanding and dynamic young team in the idyllic surroundings of Kinsale.

What the job is about:

Design leading edge hardware systems to handle effectively software and environmental requirements
Design and review of hardware schematics and PCB layouts
Selection and review of third party hardware systems
Creation of verification and validation activities
Creation of burn-in tests for hardware systems
Support testing and operations by QA and other groups
Liaise with other development teams, product management and sales

What we’re looking for:

10 years experience in designing and implementing embedded systems from concept to finished product
Solid track record in all aspects of product life-cycle
Advanced knowledge of analog circuits
Specialist knowledge of Marvell Processor range
Ideally be able to speak, read and write Chinese
