Role: Senior Change Manager / Service Delivery – Global Scale

Location: Dublin

Remuneration: 80 – 95k D.O.E

Establishing a global infrastructure hub from scratch you will be the first to strategically lead the Change management function on a global scale with direct reports locally and offshore. As a greenfield site you will initiate the change function and determine the change strategy and standards moving forward. Our client is looking to standardise their IT function globally and are establishing a managed service infrastructure hub to take back ownership and manage this.

You will oversee the Vendor relationship and ensure optimal performance on SLA’s relating to change management. You will push back on anything less or any potential high risk to the business, ensuring the delivery of quality services to 40,000 end users at all times.

Your Profile:

You must come from an operational change role. You must have worked on large scale (preferably global) environments. You must have managed large scale vendor relationships and SLA’s. You will have a strong background in Change management where you will have overseen thousands of change requests annually. Proven track record in change management is key.

You will have set up or chaired steering committees / Change advisory board (CAB) meetings. You will have determined change management performance measurements and produce KPI reports and documentation.
