Senior Businesss analyst R&D
Senior Business Analyst software R&D where you will work with business and technical teams to analyze requirements for multiple projects in new product development to create business deliverables such as process maps, functional requirements (UML / Use cases), facilitate workshops, work closely with business, engineering, project management and quality assurance teams in the overall delivery of solutions as well as lead and mentor other business analyst team members
To get this role you will have a degree and ideally come from a software development background originally before moving into a BA role and have more than 5 years in a BA role in a software development / application development / product development company with exposure to new product development / R&D / Research and development / new feature analysis experience across multiple simultaneous projects in an agile development environment, experience across the entire systems development lifecycle using business process modeling and use case analysis, excellent workshop/interview facilitations skills
