Senior Business Analyst Telecommunications for realTime recruitment
realTime is seeking a highly experienced Business Analyst for a role in Dublin.
This role requires a Senior Business Analyst with proven leadership and a strong background in product development within the Telecoms sector, who will take the lead in delivering strategic Business change through business change analysis and process design.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop requirements, specifications and recommendations related to the programme.
• To construct or contribute to the construction of process flows and mapping of ‘as-is’ processes and gain understanding of how they interact and support business objectives leading to the ‘to-be’ processes and business requirements according to agreed documentation standards
• To prepare in conjunction with Technology, Finance and Customer Operations, detailed estimates for the cost of the proposed changes or possible system costs
• To author and define the Business Requirements for new processes, initiatives and operational procedures and to validate the solution to ensure consistency with the Business Requirements documentation
• Definition and production of training plans and materials in conjunction with other Training functions (internal or external)
• Definition of and agreement of UAT test scripts and validation of results with Support and assist in the implementation of new business processes and associated systems
• Track and report on Benefits realisation in conjunction with Finance and Programme Managers
• To provide consultancy support to the Project Executive/Sponsor, Steering Group and Project Manager manage multiple linked projects and to develop the business cases
• To provide consultancy support to the Programme Managers and Project Managers to develop business strategies
• Support the Business Owner in Post Project Review tasks
