Senior Automation Tester – 6 months

Automation Tester, Central Dublin, (Quick Test Pro-QTP, VB Script, Winrunner, Automated Test Tools). This role will be working towards CMMI Methodology and will be utilising both manual and automated test tools.
Duties and Responsibilities
Work with Pricing team to fully understand all aspects of the Pricing Specifications for Private Motor, Home, Vans and Commercial vehicle
Ensure that the rates being charged through our various channels reconcile to the pricing specifications documents
Ensure that the rates are compliant with the Group Underwriting Policy
Set up test plans and test rates and terms for each rating system
Investigate system errors/ inconsistencies with pricing specifications
Liaise with business areas & IT to fully explain inconsistencies
Identify issues and be the owner through to resolution
Develop log of all issues and maintain audit trail
Review the rating change control process
Knowledge and Experience
Good programming skills (VB Script)
QTP Experience
Excellent problem solving skills
Testing experience preferred
Excellent knowledge of excel
Thorough and accurate
Organised with ability to manage projects
Eager to learn
Shows high levels of initiative and tenacity
