2 month Daily Rate Contract based in Greece
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and develop training materials for the implementation; this will include concept slides, instructor guides, exercises/ work instructions, simulations, quick reference guides and job aids.
Develop close working relationships with subject matter experts to design and develop fit-for-purpose, clear, and concise training documentation to agreed timelines.
Develop a close relationship with the Development Lead to report development progress / updating the database (or development tracker)
Work closely with the training team and take ownership of tasks as delegated by the Training Project Manager.
Create, load and test training data into training system for classroom exercises.
Familiarise themselves with the training materials in order to be able to deliver the End-User Training successful. Training materials will include concept slides, instructor guides, exercises/ work instructions, simulations, quick reference guides and job aids.
Drive any changes to the existing training materials during the Delivery phase with the Local Developer if required.
Deliver training sessions to end users.
Support the monitoring and reporting of training attendance and effectiveness.
Attend all change/communication events relevant to the processes for which they are responsible to train end users on.
Must speak fluent English (and the relevant local language is desirable).

The role holder will need to be available full time for Training from 6-4 weeks prior to Go-Live until 2 weeks after Go-Live.
<b>Experience Requirements: </b>
Requires significant (minimum 5 years) and broad training experience in BI.
Experience in fields such as supply chain, finance, HR and telecommunications is ideal.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements:
Proficient with the Uperform training development tool (desired)
Significant experience delivering end user BI training with outstanding feedback.
A strong commitment to quality, attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines.
Technical aptitude to learn new applications.
Business aptitude to learn new business processes.
Excellent problem solving skills; ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.
Interpersonal skills sufficient to develop and maintain cooperative working and business relationships.
