Example of responsibilities would include: Building and developing key client/customer relationships, Reporting and communicating, Identify and deliver ongoing improvements.
Key requirements
Third level qualification in Business, Technology, Engineering or another related discipline
SAP Certified
This candidate needs to have proven Team Lead experience of at least three years
Three years of experience SAP Services Management (SM)
Two years of experience with other modules in the SAP discipline
ITIL experience (certification would be an advantage)
