SAP SD Consultant / Project Manager

SAP SD Consultant Accounts Manager / Project Coordinator / Manager, Dublin city centre, 6 months

Our Global IT client is looking for SAP SD Consultant for 6 month contract in Dublin.

Description:
* Candidates should have experience in one or more of the following SAP modules, SD and/ or MM.
* Role requires managing multiple accounts from a support and Service Delivery perspective. You must have experience managing multiple clients at the same time.
* The role requires the management of offshore elements as well as third party providers of development work. You must have similar Project management experience.
* Maintaining the day to day relationships with each client and ensuring that issues are resolved within agreed SLA’s if applicable.
* Key focus is to ensure resource availability and the appropriate management/ prioritisation of open issues.
* Billing, Contract renewal and Extensions and Change Requests to existing Statements of Works are conducted as part of the role.
* A nice to have would be someone who has strong SAP ABAP skills to assist with the issue resolution process when resources are not available.
* SAP modules, SD and/ or MM. Team Lead / Project Management experience to manage the different facets of the multiple requirements.
* Excellent time management skills.
* Strong communication skills and excellent client facing experience.
