SAP MM WM Consultant

We are currently recruiting for a Senior SAP MM/WM Consultant for a position based in Dublin. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years experience, and come from a consultancy background. Experience in an SAP IS-Retail environment is desirable.

Working in an already established cross functional team the successful candidate will be responsible for design and delivery of the solution for customer requirements in the area of MM/WM across three separate business units.

Duties and responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
– Perform configuration within the MM module while working with the Logistics team to ensure the solution meets with customer requirements in the area of requirements planning.
– Perform configuration within the WM module while working with the Logistics team to ensure the solution meets with customer requirements in the area of Warehouse Management.
– Document the solution in the form of Functional specifications, Design Documentation and configuration documentation per the project standards.
– Working with the local logistics team to develop and action UAT testing plans
– Conduct train the trainer sessions with local logistics team members on SAP process methodologies and tools to transfer knowledge of the solution to the local logistics team during the life cycle of the project.
– Support the cutover and go live activities for the initial go live.
Key Skills which are required for this role:
– Experience with designing, configuring, and implementing MRP using historical sales and forecasting methodologies is required.
– Experience in configuration in inventory management, warehouse management, experience of working with batch management, RF, and Automated Warehouse systems an advantage.
– You must have experience of integration with other SAP modules like SD, FICO and BW
– You must be able to create design documentation to support the creation of ABAP developments to meet project requirements.
– Experience of working within a validated environment.

– Knowledge of Extended Warehouse Management#

– Knowledge of LSMW writing and execution
