SAP: Lead for SAP Integration and User Acceptance Testing

 ACS are seeking to hire a Lead for SAP Integration and User Acceptance Testing for a 6 – 9 month contract in Dublin.

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Active participant in roll out of SAP at Greenfield Site –from testing and implementation through to go-live.
• Gain an understanding of our Clients industry and business requirements
• Act as Lead for Integration and User Acceptance Testing phase, lead and manage test phases to completion.
  a. Own delivery of Test Plans, schedules and Defects Management Plan
  b. Facilitate and manage test cases creation and execution
  c. Work closely with the ERP Program Manager to align dates, resources and deliverables

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelors’ degree or equivalent (IT)
• Project Management or Business Analysis Certification beneficial
• Min 6 years solid Business Analysis and Test Lead Experience

SKILLS
Essential:

• Experience working on an SAP or other similar ERP application implementation.
• Experience in one or more of the following SAP modules– PPM, PS, BI, FICO, SD or MM.
• Process creation, review and implementation
• Excellent MS Office skills including Excel & Visio
• Strong technical writing ability – use cases/scenarios and test cases for integration (end-to-end) testing and UAT (requiring highly detailed test script design and creation).
• Track success/failure of testing and liaise with implementation team to address configuration/data/training issues.
• Ability to understand and translate business requirements into functional requirements,  test documentation – Test strategy, Test Plan, Test Management, Scenario/Test Case build, User and tester Mgt.
• Strong technical background.
• High tolerance for fast pace and change. Good verbal/written communication skills; influencing skills and ability to work effectively in a geographically dispersed team.
• Strong organization and facilitation skills.
